St. John the Evangelist Parish in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Youth Ministry Coordinator. This is a full-time position that encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, tasks, and titles. The primary roles include Youth Ministry Coordinator, Family Mass Coordinator, and Child Protection Coordinator. As an integral member of the Religious Education Team, a commitment to support and contribute to the overall efforts of the group is critical, but equally important is the skill set necessary to be a self-starter. Most of all, however, the Youth Ministry Coordinator must be grounded in Catholic beliefs and tradition. As a true example of faith in action, the mission of the Youth Ministry Coordinator is to engage the families and young people of our parish in programs and practices that encourage meaningful participation and nurture faith formation.

Seeking a full-time Youth Minister

St. Agnes Parish, Reading, MA, is seeking a full-time youth minister. The youth minister is responsible for organizing the grade 10 Confirmation Retreat, planning and facilitating peer ministry, providing social, service, and spiritual opportunities during school vacations and summer, and coordinating the “Youth Mass”. DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRY: St. Helen Parish in Norwell, a parish of about 1100 families, is looking to interview candidates for the full time position of Youth Ministry Coordinator. The coordinator would develop a program for the young people of the parish in grades 7-10 which would include spiritual, social and service dimensions. The coordinator would also be responsible for the educational dimension of these grades, leading to the Sacrament of Confirmation. Youth Minister Wanted - St. Rose of Lima Parish, a young and vibrant faith community in Northborough, MA*, is seeking an energetic and innovative Youth Minister to bring the Gospel message of Jesus Christ to life for our middle and high school students. Coordinator of Youth Formation
St. Mark Parish/ Dorchester is looking for a Coordinator of Youth Formation to plan and coordinate activities for youth in the St. Mark school, religious education and youth groups. Children range from grades K to 12 and represent ethnic groups from 20 countries.

The CYF will work closely with existing religious education, parish and school staff in coordinating general community and parish activities. Being an advocate for and with youth in the court system is also applicable. Communication, management and administrative skills are required. A four year degree and parish/youth experience is also preferred.
